• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video or photo evidence.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for damaged, undelivered, or incorrect products.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

• In case of prepaid orders with failed delivery, full refunds will be initiated upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
